• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

2. Order Tracking

• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds

• To initiate a return, email office@foreus.com.au with your order number and reason for requesting return.
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 1 business day after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
• We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened perfume oils.
• Sale items (if applicable).
